We provide one on one free training for all agents. We have reasonable commission splits with a yearly cap. We charge no fees for office space, copies, signs, or business cards. Our goal is to support you and your goals for your business in every way possible. We are happy to hold new agents’ hands as they learn the business, and will give experienced agents as much support as desired.
